  • Where does the tours depart from?

  • We pick you up and drop you off at your accommodation within the city, whether it’s a hotel or AirBnB. We aim to pick you up 30 mins before the tour starts.

  • Can I book more than one tour?

  • You can book as many tours as you like as long as the time slot is available.

  • Is food and drinks included in the tour?

  • There is no food included on the tours but there will be stops where you are able to purchase food.

    We can however bring along refreshments such as sandwiches and drinks upon request and have refreshments stops/picnic as we make stops on the way.

  • What do I need to bring on the tour?

  • Warm, waterproof windproof clothing are always useful as you never know the weather in Iceland.

    We also recommend good sturdy shoes or hiking boots, it is not mandatory but we recommend waterproof or water resistant shoes. Water and snacks are recommended for the road.

  • Can I change my booking dates?

  • We have a rescheduling policy where you are entitled to change your tour date. It is free of charge if its more than one week prior to the initial date of scheduled tour.

    To reschedule within one week of departure date we require a 15% fee of the total tour price.

  • I still have not received confirmation of my booking

  • After your booking request has been submitted, we will confirm the booking with a payment link to secure your booking. It can take up to 48 hours for us to respond.

    If you still have not received your confirmation, the email might have made its way into your “Junk”/”Trash” folder.

    If you still have not received anything, please send us an email at icets@icets.is and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

  • What is your refund / cancellation policy?

  • To cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible.

    We have a cancellation and rescheduling policy in which you are entitled to a refund but a percentage will be deducted depending on how close to your booked tour date the cancellation takes place.

    Cancellations, prior to tour date:

    • 1 month or less prior to tour date: 10% cancellation fee.
    • 2 weeks or less prior to tour date: 20% cancellation fee.
    • 7 days or less prior to tour date: 40% cancellation fee.

    Refunds will be given 48 hours after initial cancellation request.
